A new line of tension control products have been announced, including a closed loop tension controller, which provides precision control over both unwinding and rewinding in web and strand processing applications. The products in the line feature Waversaver, which ignores machine vibration to provide an accurate signal; C2 Electronic Calibration, which calibrates without the use of test weights; Security Memory Module, an automatic backup of configuration data; and other features.
